Xaver Roofing is a family run contractor built on three generations of slating and tiling. We're small enough that you'll know everyone on your roof, and accredited enough to work on schools, listed buildings and estates across the UK.
Our mission
A better approach to roofing.
We started Xaver Roofing because too many roofs are still being installed the wrong way, cut corners, unbranded materials, crews you never see again. Our mission is simple: bring manufacturer grade craft, fair pricing and genuine service to every project we take on, from a single ridge repair to a full commercial re-roof.
We measure ourselves on three things; quality, price and service. Not one at the expense of the others. That's the promise we make on day one, and the standard we hold ourselves to on the last day of the job.

Surveys, take offs and technical drawings. Works directly with architects, surveyors and manufacturers to specify the right system for each build.

Site Foreman — Commercial
Single ply, built up felt and green roofs. Delivers our commercial and industrial flat roofing packages.

Client Care
The voice on the other end of the phone. Handles quotes, aftercare visits and warranty paperwork.
